According to the observation missions of “Fair Elections,” “My Voice,” and GYLA (Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association), the pre-election period and Election Day were characterized by systemic, organized violations aimed at ensuring the ruling party’s victory. All three independent observation missions conclude that the October 26, 2024, parliamentary elections were neither democratic, free, nor fair. The results cannot be considered a true reflection of the will of the Georgian voters.
The observation missions call on the Central Election Commission not to finalize the results of the October 26, 2024, elections and to schedule a new election.
